This page is an occasional sharing of my reflections on my life experiences. Sharing these ponderings is one way that I am attempting to Be My Note by singing it from the computer screen rather than the rooftop. They are presented simply as an expression of my own experiences and nothing more. If something here sparks others to explore their own experiences and Be Their Note, and then sing it from the rooftops, wonderful! If not, wonderful!

To give some context to what I find helpful in my own searchings, I have listed some of my favorite web sites on the left. On the right is the listing of my ponderings. There is no schedule to when new reflections might appear. Hopefully not less than once a month, but perhaps as requently as daily if life seems to especially adventurous. I will post the most recent sharings at the top of the list with the date it was posted.
